Any Indian resident can participate in this contest.
There is rupees 1250/- non refundable entry fee per child, for registration. No registration will be accepted without registration fee.
Your child must be up to the age of 3 years to 13 years to enter and must be entered into the correct age category.
The contest is organized, managed and conducted by My city Events India Corporation. (India Cutest Kids Division).
The contest is subject to India Cutest Kids policies and other conditions.
The contest registrations is open only till 3 days prior to concerned city audition,2021
Winners will be chosen on the basic of criterion defined.
Three good resolution photographs must be uploaded or mailed at indiacutestkids@indiacutestkids.comgmail.com at the time of registration.
India Cutest kids cannot be held responsible for missing/non-featured photos. All entry photos must be suitable for ublication. Any unsuitable photo submitted might result in the entry being withdrawn from the competition.
No refund will be given upon cancellation of the entry in the contest or any cancelled/missed shoots/training. India Cutest kids reserve the right to cancel, or to alter scheduled activities due to unforeseen circumstances or health and safety issues.
Selection and short listing will be done based on FACEBOOK LIKES (2-5 kids) and judge’s choice which would be final in all cases.
Further promotion, training and portfolio shoot would be CHARGEABLE, fees which is not refundable and 50% of which needs to be paid in advance as a token of confirmation from selected kid’s parents.
India Cutest Kids/MycityEvents promote kids in casting companies and production houses but do not guarantee anything, it purely depends on requirement, script, opportunity, luck and auditions taken by the respective companies.
Delivery of the gifts will depend upon the convenience of India Cutest Kids and its sponsors. India Cutest kids are not responsible if the sponsors do not give the gifts promised by them.
The decision of India Cutest Kids shall be final in all regards and no arguments shall be entertained in this regard.
A list of the registered & shortlisted kids will be posted on the website/ Facebook page of indiacutestkids and informed telephonic-ally.
Only one attempt will be made to contact selected kids at the Telephone number available with India Cutest Kids, thereafter the selection shall lapse unconditionally & irrevocably without further notice in this regard at the sole discretion of India Cutest Kids & the selected contestant shall have no claim whatsoever. India Cutest Kids shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any participant who cannot be contacted on the telephone number provided or if the telephone number is incorrect.
For the audition round, selected kids will have to come to such places as intimated to them by India Cutest Kids. They will be intimated about the further selection process and fee, if selected by India Cutest Kids.
The decision by the judges during the filtering and regional audition rounds shall be final & shall be as per the procedure adopted by India Cutest Kids with or without supervision of any third party.
No-monetary consideration will be done by India Cutest Kids on travelling/lodging/food etc. cost incurred by the contestants during the contest.
India Cutest Kids Calendar 2020 Season -5 Portfolio shoot and launch would be in Mumbai. If other cities are chosen for the shoot it would be intimated prior to parents. There might be changes in dates of portfolio shoot and cities which will be updated prior to selected kid’s parents.
Any disputes should be referred to India Cutest Kids and decision of the company shall be final & binding & no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Any participant can take part in contest only ONCE during the duration of the contest.
India Cutest Kids reserve the right to suspend, shorten, modify, extends or cancels the contest at its sole discretion without assigning any reason; no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
India Cutest Kids reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
Participation in the contest is purely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Parent/Legal guardian of the participant.
All entries must be made by the parent who currently has parental responsibility of the child, or by a guardian who has parental responsibility of the child.
Once participation is made vide signing /submitting the entry form online or by attending city auditions, it is assumed that the terms and conditions are well understood by the Parent/Legal guardian of the participants and are agreeable to them.
Parent/Legal guardian represent and warrant on behalf of the participant that they shall indemnify India Cutest Kids or its affiliate from any loss that may occur to India Cutest Kids due to non-adherence to these terms and conditions.
India Cutest Kids reserve the right to remove ,refuse or cancel access to any participant without any reason therefore and shall be under no obligation to provide any benefits accrued under the contest.
The Parent/Legal guardian represents and warrant on behalf of the participant that they shall not, without any valid license or express authorization ,use the intellectual property rights belonging to India Cutest Kids and /or third parties.
Contest is subject to any loss or damage due to Act of God, Government action, force majeure events and situations beyond control of India Cutest Kids and India Cutest kids shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for the same.
Parent/Legal guardian of the participant agree to make the participants available for publicity purposes if requested by India Cutest Kids and agree to the use of their image and quotes for such publicity.
India Cutest Kids will use photographs taken during India’s cutest kids (ICK) auditions and contest for promotional purposes.
India Cutest kids reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content.
Parents/Legal guardians represent, warrant and unconditionally agree on behalf of the participant that they/participant shall not:
Do anything which violates any of the Terms;
Make any misrepresentation;
Do anything that does not comply with generally accepted internet etiquette including(without limitation) the excessive use of inflammatory or antagonistic criticism (“flaming”), or wastefully and unnecessarily including previous communication in any postings;
Perform system abuse;
Propagate, distribute or transmit Destructive Code, whether or not damage is actually caused thereby;
Internationally/Nationally make false or misleading statements;
Offer to sell or buy any product or service;
Post material that infringes copyright;
Post information that he/she knows to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of the law.
There is no cash alternative and the benefits are not transferable. India Cutest Kids reserve the right to change any benefit of the contest at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
Whenever required, participant will be called for completion of all formalities as may be communicated by India Cutest Kids including but not limited to providing his/her authentic and correct information, failing which he/she shall be disqualified at any time at any stage. In case false information is revealed at any time after participation, Parent/Legal guardian of the participant shall be liable to return all benefits, if any provided under the contest.
India Cutest Kids reserve the right to restrict/bar any person from participating in the contest without quoting any reasons for the same.
Participants/Parents/ Legal guardians of the participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating dubious profiles etc., shall be disqualified from the contest at any time and shall not be eligible for any benefits of the contest.
All the content entered by participant becomes India Cutest Kids property and can be used by the company as, where & when they deem appropriate.
This contest is not applicable in a country outside India, any state of India or other country if it is prohibited by law there.
India Cutest Kids shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly, arising out or in relation to use or availing of any benefits of the contest and/or in connection with the said gratification as the case may be.
The Parents/Legal guardian represents and warrant on behalf of the participant that once the participant is selected, they shall execute all such documentations as deemed necessary by India Cutest Kids on participant’s behalf and allow India Cutest Kids and their assignee to use,display,copy,modify,distribute,publish,sell,assign,exchange,license,sub-license,in all and all locations, in any medium, form or format, in any number, the picture, image or likeness and the reproductions of the winner, and any biographical information furnished by the winner to India Cutest Kids.
The parents/Legal guardian of the participants shall be required to provide proof of identity for self and participant, proof of residence and all other documentation as required by India Cutest Kids, which shall be intimated by India Cutest Kids once the participant is selected for auditions.
The database of mobile numbers can be used by India Cutest Kids or by its allied Partners in future for any lawful purpose as deemed fit by India Cutest Kids.
In case of change in date of contest or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of India Cutest Kids, India Cutest Kids shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
Courts in Indore only shall have jurisdiction.
